Return Policy

At The Details Collective, we take pride in every order and carefully prepare each item before it ships.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • shipping delays once the package is in transit

We only replace or resolve orders if an item arrives damaged in transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@detailscollective.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the damage
  • clear photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 5 days of confirmed delivery may not be approved.
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, improper care, or misuse are not eligible.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
